Blue = Minimal community transmission

Green = Moderate community transmission

Yellow = Substantial controlled community transmission

Red = Substantial uncontrolled community transmission

Key information for the yellow phase:

- In-person instruction for all students*

- Remote learning is not available

- Face masks are required

- Students remain home when sick/absent with no option to remote in. Work will be provided via Google Classroom or hard copy as needed.

*Contingent on a voluntary screening testing program AND no school outbreaks. Default model to hybrid/cohort instruction model for most. In-person instruction for small groups of Specialized Instruction students.

Students must be 5 years old by SEPTEMBER 30th in order to register for Kindergarten. Your child will also need to have a complete physical exam, or an appointment to have one, before starting school.

Pre-Registration FormsTime to register for 2021-22 school year: Today we launched our new online student registration process. If you need to register a new student, you can do so at https://www.mansd.org/for-families/register-a-student.

You will need the following information to register each student:

  1. Proof of age (birth certificate, passport, or other government-issued document).

  2. Two (2) proofs of residence:

a. Utility bill indicating legal residence (i.e. phone, cable, electricity, water)

b. Lease agreement or rent receipt indicating landlord’s address and phone number

c. Official letters from organizations such as the Manchester Housing Authority (Must be original letter on letterhead and signed by organizations representative.

d. Documentation of homeownership in the city of Manchester

  1. Child's last well child exam and immunizations records: available from your doctor's office, or ask your doctor to fill out the Physical Exam form.
