As we prepare for the 2021-22 school year, we have created a draft plan for our return. We are soliciting feedback from our students, staff and families on the plan throughout the month of July. Students must be 5 years old by SEPTEMBER 30th in order to register for Kindergarten. Your child will also need to have a complete physical exam, or an appointment to have one, before starting school.

Manchester School District Registration 2021 - 2022 School Year

You will need the following information to register each student:

  1. Proof of age (birth certificate, passport, or other government-issued document).

  2. Two (2) proofs of residence:

a. Utility bill indicating legal residence (i.e. phone, cable, electricity, water)

b. Lease agreement or rent receipt indicating landlord’s address and phone number

c. Official letters from organizations such as the Manchester Housing Authority (Must be original letter on letterhead and signed by organizations representative.

d. Documentation of homeownership in the city of Manchester

  1. Child's last well child exam and immunizations records: available from your doctor's office, or ask your doctor to fill out the Physical Exam form.

Important Information

All School Meals are Currently FREE

The USDA has granted a waiver to allow all children ages 18 years and younger to receive free meals.

Even though meals are now free to students, it is still important to fill out a free and reduced meal application ASAP if you feel you may qualify for this program. District funding for much needed educational services is tied to the percentage of students who qualify for free and reduced meals. Online applications can be accessed at:
