Important Information/ Updates

NHSAS Grades 3-5- New Hampshire State testing has begun. Grade 5 will start after April vacation. Classroom teachers will keep you posted on student progress. We are hoping to finish sooner than the 2 weeks allotted. While students are testing classroom teachers will be posting independent work for remote students to do. Classroom teachers unfortunately, can not proctor a test and teach. This is a short term inconvenience.

Specials/Unified Arts have also changed to accommodate this testing period and our Unified Arts teachers will post activities for the remote learners. This is not ideal but short term/temporary.

Weston - Summer Reading Program 2020

This summer we want our students to stay connected to reading and to Weston. It is important to choose books that you enjoy reading. There are so many different places that we can read. We have decided that we will use a BINGO sheet for recording reading experiences. This should be a fun, relaxing way to continue to read for enjoyment.

We have also included a listing of "Suggested Books" if you need ideas for your children. These books can be borrowed from the Manchester Public Library.

Mrs. Mac will have copies of this sheet available for students when they visit Weston to pick up their belongings.

Simply check off one of the boxes for the times when you sit back, relax and read a great book, poem or magazine! Return the sheet to Mrs. Brun in the Library when we return to school. Please remember to relax and have fun reading this summer!
