The Manchester School District is always looking for ways to encourage students to read outside the classroom.  During the winter holiday vacation, your children might have some extra down time perfect for picking up a book.  We are excited to tell you about a new Winter Reading Program for preschool , elementary and middle school students that we've created in partnership with the Manchester City Library.

The Winter Reading Program will run during the holiday break, December 23 to January 2.  Once your child has completed his or her reading record game board, it can be dropped off at the Manchester City Library locations or at school libraries until January 10th.  Each student who submits a reading record will receive a reading incentive prize from a local business.

Thank you for supporting the Winter Reading Program.
